Used to be good but it went really down the past couple of years. The coaches are hit or miss, some are wonderful but some are not qualified at all (and these are typically assigned to adult classes). Very bad communication with customers and they don’t answer to complaints. Management only cares about making money and doesn’t really respect its customers anymore. It is unfortunate because the locations are great.

I love this place. I've been in several advanced beginner adult clinics. I get new tips every class. The cost is reasonable. The coaches are fantastic. The staff very willing to help and are super friendly.

I have been a member or repeated guest at about 8 tennis clubs in the area and this is by far my favorite. They have an online booking system, which makes booking a court so much easier than sitting on the phone with someone trying to figure it out. It’s also extremely clean & not smelly at all! Makes it a nice place to hang out after or before playing. They also have a listing of all their clinics online, and you can look at the offerings & sign up that way (believe it or not, I couldn’t do that at any other tennis club I’ve been a member of for most of the last 10 years). Lastly, I can view all my charges and credits online too!

UPDATE 03JUL2022: Marcus, owner of MLTC, emailed me on 03July2022 with a genuine apology and made things right. He really cares and takes pride in the center and clients. My kid is now enrolled there and loving her classes. Thank you for doing the right thing!

I would describe my interaction with folks at MLTC (Isabelle and front desk lady) as unprofessional, rude and total lack of communication. I was interested in enrolling my 10 year old to MLTC and contacted them via their website. Isabelle promptly replied back. After a couple of email exchanges set a date for kid's evaluation. No confirmation until I initiated an email asking to confirm and she replied back the pro is travelling and push our time to a later one. I agreed. My wife and kid went for evaluation at the updated set time and the front desk rudely said we were late for the appointment in spite of us telling that time was updated. She could care less, no apology or even trying to help with setting a new date/time for evaluation. Came back home dejected and waited to hear back from Isabelle and it never occurred until I sent an email to her asking what happened. Received a standard email saying sorry and she would look into it and get back. I said fine and to get back to me. It has been more than a week and no word so far from anyone. Guess they don't care for our business.

This is a great community with excellent teachers for leaners of all ages. My 7 yr old son takes both camp and group lessons here. He was having so much fun that I started group lessons a few months later. Now six months in, I'm a huge fan of the Center, the people, and the facilities.

Great facility, nice people and well maintained. We have taken tennis lessons there for a couple years and have always enjoyed it. The pros are very knowledgeable and do a great job instructing.

My twin girls took instruction from this organization and one of the girls also took lessons with another program in Acton/Westford. It was night and day. The MLTC gave my girls a great deal of technical guidance on their strokes. You knew right away that they knew what they were doing. I felt like we were a number at the other program and the feedback wasn’t as experienced. Interestingly my girls also felt the staff was more friendly. It was just a more professional and polished environment.

This club comes pretty close to the worst that I've had to play at. Lightning is lacking, (just sub par at best), especially at the base lines. Courts are dirty which is likely absorbing some of the light, and the smell of musty mold is overwhelming (on court 4 anyway). Definitely needs quite a bit of updating.
