I love the Kingsbury CrossFit class! I go twice a week. Then I have a fabulous personal trainer who helps me transition from PT in the past to work outs with good form helping me get healthy. I love all the machines. It is clean and a wonderful atmosphere.

Excellent facility! Always well maintained, stocked, clean and full of friendly & helpful staff. The pool is outstanding & Chris does a phenomenal job keeping it in impeccable condition! The lifeguards are kind and take their job seriously - Mike has been a recent standout in this department. All of the front desk staff is great, but Tina is always a standout - consistently kind, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, positive and a pleasure to see! Thanks and please keep up the outstanding work!

Carol Buckley and the 5:30 crew of instructors are great!
The cleaning crew keeps the common space floors and machines clean and in great shape.

Went for the pickleball and the courts are great. They feel very soft on your feet not sure what coating they use but they are awesome. 15 bucks to come play if a member books a court for you. Place is noice.

Brian, to me, is the heart and soul of group exercise at Kingsbury! His workouts are always: hard but no shame to modify, creative, fresh and well-designed. He knows so many folks by name and asks for and learns the names of newcomers. He is unfailingly positive and never makes anyone feel bad if they do something wrong with the sign up, or talk or otherwise “misbehave.” There are other instructors who call people out in class for those things in a way that’s kind of embarrassing, which I really dislike. Every session with Brian leaves me feeling stronger and happier. He and Kristen and the main reasons I love Kingsbury. (No shade to lots of other great instructors.)
