TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar - Dallas, Texas

Came here last night for New Year’s Eve dinner. I had a reservation for a standard table and when we arrived, the hostess rudely said she didn’t have any standard tables we could sit at the sushi bar or the regular bar. I said, but I have a reservation for a standard table. She said I don’t have any and I can’t Have you standing up here. I should’ve left at this point, but we were hungry and looking forward to this dinner so we sat at the bar. We ordered a total of 4 drinks, one appetizer, the crispy rice And two rolls, the forbidden and El Niño. I discovered this morning that I was overcharged, we were charged for two El Niños. I should’ve caught it last night, but it took so long to get our check from the bartender Britney. I had to flag her down twice just to be able to pay and we had an event to get to so I didn’t look at the receipt like I should have. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but not good enough to offset the absolutely terrible service we received from the moment we walked in the door. It’s unfortunate. This place has a lot of potential. It’s a beautiful restaurant however, the staff is lacking in such a major way. It’ was such a disappointment, And I literally had to pay more than I should have for it.

Phenomenal food and drink selection! We had the pleasure of being served by Cody and his service was outstanding he was very personable and knowledgeable . My husband and I came for happy hour and we were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went especially for this being a new restaurant. Highly recommend and we will def be back! Do yourself a favor and order their special fried rice ,hot honey potstickers and sushi rolls!

We had a wonderful time at this location! Shout out to Chef Dylan who provided an amazing culinary experience with many dishes that were pleasing to the palette. We especially enjoyed the crispy rice and chicken gyoza. The wagyu nigiri was a standout item. Thank you to the entire team, and we look forward to returning soon.

Ok Ten Sushi is a TEN! A must try!

My girlfriend and I went here this past Friday and the atmosphere was really good, definitely a great date night spot!

Our Server Alexis not only recommended some great menu you options she also provided superb customer service!

Highly recommend this place, now it may be pricey for some but it's well worth it!

Loved the whole aesthetic of the place, the live DJ on Friday night was a great vibe, drinks were delicious, and sushi came out extremely fast. Would highly recommend for a cute/trendy date night spot.

Great sushi and great overall experience! Mariah was wonderful and we would come back and request her again! Only small note is that the music is pretty loud so be ready for that but worth it for the food! Highly recommend the shishito peppers, edamame and lychee rose martini

All of the staff had a sense of urgency and attentiveness. The music was really loud but that didn’t bother me. The food was amazing, get the Mongolian beef or the shaking beef. The Lychee Rose cocktail was amazing too.

I was headed to the Tex Mex restaurant that sits behind TEN but the decor stuck out and pulled me in. Saw it was sushi and the plot thickens. After we got inside we feel in love. The atmosphere there is so welcoming. The waitress and staff there were well dressed. I loved the diversity of the staff as well. Well buttoned up and clean cut but with a flare.

We waited for a bit for outside seating, took a bit longer than was told. I took the opportunity to peak around inside.

TINA is the server you want!!!! TINA is super super nice, well spoken, friendly, gives “a girls girl “ vibe, helpful, knowledgeable of the menu, and I never saw her not smiling.

The drinks were so good. We had the lychee mocktail and the tequila mockingbird. Very pretty and tasty drinks. We had the chicken gyoza they were so pretty. The dipping sauce was at the bottom of the bowl and no it didn’t mess them up. The presentation was phenomenal on all the food. The house miso soup was very good as well. The rice in it kind of fills you up quick so be careful. Our sushi was the black widow and the lion king.

Children are welcome. It’s downtown, so parking is street and nearby parking garages. The garages are not free. Can’t recall if there were a few steps upon entry or if there was a ramp like walk up. My apologies

Overall nice fun vibrant experience and I would love to experience it again.
