We bought our home in Del Webb Rancho Mirage two years ago. We are very happy with our home and the community. We had a good experience from the time we picked our home and it’s options through closing and move in. Our home’s construction was completed on-time and was high quality. We found a only few items that needed fixing under the warranty. Most of the items were minor. The Del Webb on-site warranty representative helped us get all the work scheduled at times that worked for us. We’ve had no problems since the initial warranty work was completed. We are very happy with the home layout. It feels open but homey. We also like the large amount of storage space in walk in closets, pantry, and cabinets. These struck us as better than what other builders were offering. The homes have 10 foot ceilings (12 in some models) and these add to the feeling of spaciousness. We are enjoying using the community’s excellent recreation facilities, including the miles of walking paths. We are meeting lots of people and building new friendships too. It’s a nice place to be

We have now owned our lovely Rancho Mirage home for a year and our very pleased with it. We are grateful for the one year warranty… and it was very helpful to hire an outside inspector to correct issues with the windows and roof that we did not notice. The solar panels work great. We love the community design, trails and clubhouse amenities. We are excited to potentially be part of a blue zone community!! Our neighbors have been great!!

I have been living in my Del Webb home for exactly one year today and I couldn't be happier. When I first my purchased home or should I say lot of sand, I already could envision how beautiful it would be with the mountain views. I have been coming to the desert for the past 20 years and very blessed to make this a second home.

We have toured the Del Webb estates several times and enjoyed the welcome area and walked through all of the nearby model homes, that are just a short walk out the rear. They offer you cold bottled water on your visit which was a nice touch. They also have multiple golf carts to drive you further distances around the many acre complex. The clubhouse is also nearby overlooking a beautiful lake with fountain. They do charge a premium on their units if you have either a mountain, lake or other attractive view and some of the premiums run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars for each view and some units have all features. The model units also have expensive upgrades in terms of the floor tiles, cabinetry, landscaping and even swimming pools or infinity pools, that you don't get on the random basic units. So be prepared to see your base advertised price of around $350k spike much higher which can double or even triple the overall sales price. This was the most shocking humbling wake up call. Such is life.
Other important information about the housing development is that this Del Webb community is that it is senior-only, meaning only 55 years and only can live there and that applies to your property if you were to try and rent it later. This is fine as it protects the community, but can be a concern if you plan to pass it on to your younger children someday. I'm not a lawyer, so I can't tell you for certain, but this was what the sales people told me.

The other notable great feature is that the Del Webb community is right across the street from a very luxurious resort, which insures the area will not be surrounded by unattractive structures in the future. That would be unlikely anyway, because Rancho Mirage is gorgeous everywhere. The lighted palm-lined streets traveling around the city gives you the feel of exclusivity and class, which I feel is even nicer than driving around Beverly Hills or other very expensive Los Angeles communities.

After visiting numerous existing homes in the greater Palm Springs area with our local real estate agent, Geoff Moore, we heard about the new Del Webb Rancho Mirage Community. We asked him to take us for a look at the model homes and speak with their representatives. Needless to say, we were extremely impressed, as was our local agent. We met with Tracy Cosgrove, our sales representative and that began our journey to being a part of the community. We signed our papers in July 2019 and got our keys on November 1, 2019. How this well organized, detail oriented company can complete such amazing structures so quickly is mind blowing! We had the disadvantage of living in Pennsylvania during our build, but the staff, along with our local agent, kept us informed each step of the way. This is my first NEW home in my 63 years and I'm thrilled with it's beauty, location and style. A perfect new chapter to life begins!

Proud to be a homeowner in Del Webb! Great quality home, incredible hard working construction team-acredited to Ismael Perdomo and Ryan Purdy. Awesome design center-Colleen Burnette helped pull our ideas together for awesome finishes! Tracy Cosgrove-sales...incredibly pleasant..great listener...really was able to understand our needs in deciding what home was best for us...HIGHLY Recommend! Frederick Fajardo-Pulte Mortgage-Definite recommend for incredible knowledge, and customer service on staying on track till close. The community is flat out beautiful, walking trails, views for days, incredibly quiet, secure and private. Clubhouse, gym, pool, tennis and pickelbal courts are a winner. Wind is not of concern unlike being North of Vista Chino for those living in the valley. Proximity for convenience...Winner! Best of all...Incredible Value for new homes in the valley for living in a fantastic neighborhood, with activities, active community members, energy efficient homes, with varying lots of views, size or economy. Far economical than being in Palm Springs proper. On close we have a small to do lists to be completed of which they have confirmed it will be completed. Enjoy the pics of our kitchen!

New home. Can't wait. We have had great experiences with all the people here from the entrance personnel & all others especially Tracy Cosgrove, our sales agent. We have never not been greeted cordially and with a smile and questions or concerns have been answered or met quite promptly.

Homes/models are beautiful. We have recently met with Ismael Perdomo our construction field manager. He participated with us in a nearly 2 hr walk through of our home in progress. Very thorough & detailed. He left no question glossed over. He took notes.

Can't wait to move in and open a bottle of wine to celebrate!

We have now lived here for 1 year and have made some really nice friends. What a crazy year with Pandemic and having to cancel all summer travel. Thank goodness for A/C, early AM walking on walking trails and the beautiful clubhouse, in addition to the great friends we have met. Very happy with our decision to move here from the coast.
