Upon arrival we were told it was going to take about 5 minutes to seat our party of six and it took over 15 minutes to seat us. People that showed up after us were seated faster than we were. After we got seated it took the waiter about 10 before he came to our table. The section where we were seated smelled like sewage, not a pleasant smell. Ray’s customer service was excellent in the beginning but after he took our order his whole demeanor changed upon coming back. Seems like he was getting a hard time from management. The food was decent, nothing special. They forgot to bring out one of our appetizers and they forgot one of the soups that was ordered with the entree. We didn’t get asked if we wanted to try a different soup when we asked for more, they just brought out the same soup that was ordered at first. When we needed refills, no one asked us if we wanted refills on anything. It would take a while before we seen our waiter again. Towards the end when we were trying to pay for our food, the machine wasn’t letting us pay and we were waiting for about 15 minutes and no one had approached us. We got up and went to pay in the front and we were told that Ray had to clock out so he wouldn’t get a violation. We weren’t notified he went to clock out and there was no one that replaced him, bad customer service on the management’s end for this, it wasn’t Ray’s fault. The manager that came out to help us also seemed bothered, if I’m not mistaken, I seen Ruben on his name tag. I’ve been going to Olive Garden for years and it has never been an unpleasant experience until now.

We drove 6 mills to this olive garden , we got a bad service from the server ( destiny) she grabbed plates dirty all messed up with soup fell on the plate adages , she put the water cups on the adage of the table not next us and she didn’t ask if we want dessert on the end she wasn’t friendly at all

Great food and great service. The waiters their were patient and kind. But I gave 4 stars for service because our appetizers came late we order our appetizers first while we waited for a couple other family members who were running late and didn't get it until after they arrived and we ordered our dinner.

I was extremely impressed. The lunch specials were fantastic and the deserts totally yummy! I don't drink but they have a variety of signature cocktails. I recommend this restaurant for lunch! I have only been there 2: days ago, but I'm going back!

This Carson location has terrible customer service! Called by phone to order for pick-up, like we typically do since there are some dietary adjustments that can’t be relayed on the website ordering system.

Ring, ring…

“Hi, I’d like to order take out.”
“Sorry we’re no longer taking take out orders.”
“What time do you close?”
“10pm”
[checks time, it’s 7:20pm]
“Oh”
[Woman from Olive Garden hangs up.]

We go to the website to order (no addition dietary requests) with no problem. Order will be ready for pick up in 25 mins.

We call back to speak with the Manager. Been on hold for 20 minutes and counting while I leave this review.

Came for soup, stayed for the breadsticks. Order a side of Alfredo sauce - you won't regret it. Went on a Wednesday for a birthday and loved that others did too. Birthdays at every table. Seated immediately, and food was hot.

The food was good. We had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and Five Cheese Baked Ziti. Enjoyed a glass of Sangria and Beer ? Our Service was great! Thank You Amy.

We enjoy stop to this Olive Garden but yesterday 4/3/2024 there was a issue with the air fryer oven so no appetizer. It doesn't matter we good, but when we were getting our salad we didn't get any utensils at all lol we waited and waited. It was not the waiter fault. He did apologize and mention the host had not roll up some and he had to make them him self. Poor guy! Awesome waiter. Host need to be on it.
