CUTIE STORE- an absolute gem! We stopped by to find a wig for Halloween, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making us feel totally welcome as two silly girls looking for the same thing they’d been asked a thousand times for, I’m sure(a bob wig and colored contacts for the classic Mia Wallace/Pulp Fiction costume). The quality of the wigs exceeded our expectations, and the prices were super reasonable. If you’re looking for top-notch products and truly lovely service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The Chinese lady whatever her name is or what yall call her! RUDE I guess she didn’t care for the color of my skin OR SHE JUST RUDE PERIOD !!!I was in line first she moved my stuff out her way and thought she was going to check out the lady behind me .. I figured it was a skin thing when I asked her about something I need she didn’t care to help me she ignored me but when the lady that was behind me asked her about something SHE WENT TO GO HELP HER OUT ASAP .. until I snapped and the kind lady that works for them helped me out a lot … 0/10 I will never shop there again FIRST AND LAST TIME .. I’ll stick to other shops in north Austin better customer service BETTER TREATMENT ?!

Just came in today to find clip in hair for an event. Cherry was amazing and the owners were nice. I was stressing about ordering hair online to match my hair color. Cherry found the perfect match. At 1st i bought I pack but came back the same day to buy another pack for fullnest. If cherry was not so nice and helpful I would not have been able to pick the color or know how many I needed to achieve my look for competition. Thank you owners for allowing Cherry to help me today. Cherry has been a lifesaver at Quarter to Ten. I will not shop for hair, sew in or wigs without consulting her first. She is extremely knowledgeable and an asset to Qto10. She left the company for a bit and boy did it hurt to go there and not see her. I turned and walked out. A friend of mine went a month later and stated that Cherry was back. I jumped in my car and drove to Austin from New Braunfels. I will continue to make this trek as long as Cherry remains at Quarter to Ten.
